At Producers Dairy, we do not over process our cream. It has a cleaner taste and better flavor due to our “cold bowl” separation technique, where we take cold, raw milk from our nearby local farms and use gravity to separate it into cream and fat free milk. The best recipes require the finest ingredients, and Natural Heavy Cream does not get any better than this!
